- Feeling Sick! Stay home and Reschedule! Due to (cold/flu) season and COVID-19, please let us know if you’re sick or experiencing any symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, chills, etc. If you fail to accept terms, rules or requests, we have the right to stop/decline services immediately. You will not be refunded any payments made.
- The New Client Experience- A CONSULTATION is MANDATORY(for certain services) if you are a new client, if you have not had an appointment with Rescue Cuts and Styles or any of our Professionals in the past 12 months, you will be considered a "NEW CLIENT." We are happy to serve you agin, but you must follow protocol.
- Please book ALL correct services and add-ons for your appointment. Adding or changing any service at your physical appointment will result in additional costs that must be paid to complete services.
- There is a 15min. grace period! After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. You will be charged FULL PRICE, no exceptions. If your card declined for late cancellation/no show fee you will be denied services.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY - IN THE EVENT THAT YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. YOU MUST DO SO 24 HOURS BY PHONE PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
- IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AND YOU DO NOT CANCEL, YOU ARE CONSIDERED A NO CALL/NO SHOW CLIENT. YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND WASTE OF TIME. FUTURE BOOKINGS WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BARBER/STYLIST YOU ARE SCHEDULING WITH.
